Integrated solar street light installation steps
Preparation before installation
1.Choose the installation location: Choose a location with sufficient light and no obstructions to ensure that the solar panels can fully receive sunlight. Avoid installing in low-lying sections of the road. If backfilling is required, the foundation pit should be deepened and enlarged.
2.Prepare tools and materials: including tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, electric drills, levels, and various components of solar street lights (such as light poles, batteries, controllers, and solar panels).
3.Check components: Make sure all accessories are complete, including solar panels, batteries, controllers, light poles, and lamps.

Foundation construction
1.Excavate the foundation pit: Excavate the foundation pit at the determined location, and pay attention to protecting other facilities such as cables and pipelines at the excavation location.
2.Cast the foundation: Place the embedded parts of the solar street light in the foundation pit and cast and fix them with C20 concrete. After the construction is completed, clean the residue on the positioning plate and wait for the concrete to solidify.
Light pole installation
1.Fix the base of the light pole: Fix the base of the light pole to the foundation to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable.
2.Erect the light pole: Use lifting equipment to erect the light pole on the foundation, and fix the light pole to the base by bolts or welding. Adjust the verticality and horizontality of the light pole.
Solar panel installation
1.Install the bracket: Fix the solar panel bracket on the light pole to ensure that the angle of the bracket meets the design requirements.
2.Install the battery panel: Place the solar panel on the bracket and fix it with screws. Connect the output line of the solar panel, pay attention to the correct connection of the positive and negative poles, and tie it with a cable tie. Take waterproof and dustproof measures at the connection point of the battery panel.
Lighting installation and debugging
1.Install the lamp: Connect and fix the lamp to the light pole to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable. Connect the power cord of the lamp to the output line of the solar panel. Take waterproof and dustproof measures for the lamp.
2.Debugging: Check whether all connection lines are firm and reliable, and there are no exposed wire ends. Conduct a power-on test on the solar street light to observe whether the lamp can emit light and charge normally. If any problems are found, check and repair them in time.
Install the battery and controller
1.Install the battery: Put the battery into the battery well and use a thin wire to pass the battery line to the roadbed.
2.Install the controller: Connect the connecting wire to the controller, first connect the battery, then the load (lamp), and finally the solar panel. Debug whether the street light works normally and set the mode of the controller.

Component adjustment and secondary embedding
1.Adjust the component: Check the installation effect of the overall street light, adjust the inclination of the lamp pole, the orientation angle of the solar panel and the direction of the lamp head.
2.Secondary embedding: Secondary embedding of the lamp pole base, use cement to build the lamp pole base into a small square, so that the solar street light is more solid and reliable.
Precautions
1.Safety: Pay attention to safety during installation to avoid accidents.
2.Grounding protection: The design of grounding protection and lightning protection facilities must strictly comply with relevant specifications.
3.Installation time: It is recommended to install on a sunny day and avoid installation on rainy days to avoid consuming power without charging after the light is turned on.
4.Wiring precautions: When wiring, distinguish between positive and negative poles and strictly follow the wiring instructions on the controller.
